This hidden gem was a perfect blend of Atmosphere and Ambience. It's a little ivy covered romantic haut that served some of the best steak and truffle pasta in the region. Coupled with superior service it was a home run.Resevations are a must - we tried 3xs as a walkin without any luck and now we know why.Make plans to visit this local favorite when in Carcassone and make time to enjoy a cocktail and enjoy the full dining experience.

Wonderful restaurant with great staff and excellent pizza. It is advisable to reserve a table before you arrive, we were lucky we managed to get a table without reservation, but I wouldn’t count with it again. Thanks for the staff for the evening and help, it was really fabulous.

Rather on the pricey side, but the atmosphere and the food are worth it. Quite the choice of pasta and pizza (from 13e to 20e ), with interesting flavors and combinaisons; colorful cocktails (9.5e); and various meat dishes. Didn't try the deserts as we were full, but you will be able to choose between several.A really good restaurant in Carcassonne overall, I came twice and had a very good time here, the atmosphere is top: in winter, fancy, warm and cosy interior; in summer, very nice terrace fully decorated.

Such a beautiful restaurant tucked away next to the canal. The food and service was superb. Really nice options for vegetarians. Highly recommend anything with the truffle.
